Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective nursing care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be adaptable and open to working in various departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications, including ACLS, NIH, and BLS.
  • Active Arizona nursing license.
  • No license hits
  • Flu vaccination status must be provided; declinations can be applied for if applicable.
