Bilingual Store Manager

The Store Manager serves as the face of ACE Cash Express to our customers. On top of providing customer service and facilitating sales you will also build professional relationships with customers and gain in-depth knowledge of our lending (where applicable) check cashing and card services.

The pay range for this position is $19.50-22.00 per hour.

What does a normal day look like

Actively promote all ACE financial services through cross-selling and marketing strategies including marketing in the community. Train and support store employees in product knowledge.

Were looking for Store Managers who have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently embracing accountability for overall store performance. Building trust with customers is a top priority so you will need to listen actively communicate effectively and empathize with their challenges all with the intent of providing exceptional service. Store Managers will need to understand the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers. It is beneficial to have two or more years of retail experience. Proficiency in Spanish is welcomed in most of our markets and a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Travel

There may be occasions where the employee will travel to other stores to work.

Additionally the employee may occasionally be required to lift and / or move up to 25 lbs.

The ability to work 10-12 hours in a confined work area is required contingent on state specific labor laws.
