Procurement Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a 6+ months Contract position with a client located in Tempe AZ (Hybrid Work Schedule 3 days onsite / 2 days remote after 90 Days)

Pay Range : $35- 37 / hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Job Description

Responsible for supplier market research and obtaining documentation for solicitation efforts (drawings, scorecards, historical purchases). Evaluates supplier information to determine most desirable suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements.

• Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations.
• Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions)
• Manage key program suppliers.
• Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to Honeywell
