Lock Desk Associate

A company is looking for a Lock Desk Associate to ensure accurate loan pricing and seamless lock execution for TPO clients.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the Lock Desk Inbox for timely and accurate responses to inquiries from clients and internal teams

Assist in configuring and maintaining pricing and eligibility rules within Loan Origination Systems and Product & Pricing Engines

Generate reports to support lock pipeline tracking and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year experience in the origination and / or secondary mortgage market with hands-on experience in loan pricing

General understanding of mortgage origination processes and secondary market practices

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
