We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional to oversee financial operations for a dynamic and growing company in Round Rock, Texas. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective forecasting, and the implementation of robust financial controls. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong operational expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Establish and enforce financial controls to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor metrics such as inventory turnover, recovery rates, and absorption to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with ownership to provide transparent financial insights and support long-term value creation.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the board and ownership group.
• Lead efforts to streamline document control processes, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
• Oversee document scanning and compilation activities to maintain organized and efficient records.
• Implement best practices for managing financial data within a family office structure.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Proven experience in financial management and ability to work with a Private Equity Group
• Expertise in financial forecasting and strategic planning.
• Proficiency in implementing financial controls and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial data to executive audiences.
• Familiarity with document control and scanning processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with ownership and other departments to achieve financial goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
