Objectives of this Role

• Prepare accurate mortgage application documentation for loans to meet Fannie / Freddie / FHLB / GNMA, FHA, VA, USDA, MI and in-house underwriting guidelines
• Analyze and monitor receipt of credit and collateral documents
• Provide Processing support for loan officers
• Maintain compliance to all regulations throughout the application process
• Confirm accuracy of application data through analysis and verifications.
• Provide training and support within all areas of mortgage operations.
• Ability to conduct a junior underwriting analysis of a loan for appropriate pre-approval.
