Principal Engineer, Streaming Systems

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, Streaming Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of high-throughput systems for real-time computation on behavioral events

Build and maintain infrastructure for ingesting clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data

Own and deliver projects from start to finish, collaborating directly with customers to address scaling challenges

Required Qualifications

Experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining distributed systems at scale

Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects

Strong understanding of caching strategies and message delivery systems

Ability to mentor and elevate the skills of other engineers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership
