About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support inventory operations, product organization, and tradeshow material preparation for a busy Irvine-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, maintaining order, and supporting multiple departments including sales, marketing, and logistics. You’ll work in a clean, professional office environment with full on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Support
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Excel and internal systems.
File, label, and organize wires, catheters, demo models, and marketing materials.
Replenish inventory for sales requests, product evaluations, and upcoming events.
Inspect returned materials and determine whether to restock, repair, or dispose of them.
Create touch samples by cutting wires and catheters following proper guidelines.
Inspect printed materials (brochures, visual materials) for quality upon arrival.
Tradeshow & Event Support
Assist with packing, shipping, and unpacking tradeshow and event materials.
Prepare and restock demo kits, new hire kits, and large outbound shipments.
Organize and restock all materials returned after tradeshows or events.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or inventory coordination.
Comfortable with packing, lifting, organizing, and hands-on inventory tasks.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, updating spreadsheets).
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite Monday–Friday.
