• 3 - 4 days per week clinic hours
• 18 - 22 adult patients with geriatric focus
• Outpatient primary care only
• May split time between two clinic locations
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Board certification required

• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
