Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Proposal Analyst to join our growing Commercial & Contract Management team. This role is central to the preparation, coordination, and submission of compelling proposals in response to customer solicitations and quotation requests.

This individual will play a key role in managing customer-facing proposals, supporting contract development and negotiation, and coordinating internal data collection and stakeholder input.

This is a dynamic and cross-functional role, requiring a flexible professional with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate customer proposal submissions (RFPs, RFQs, state or cooperative contracts) across internal stakeholders and departments
• Serve as a primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers regarding proposal status, contract inquiries, and clarifications
• Collaborate with departments including Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to gather and consolidate technical, financial, and delivery-related information for proposals
• Maintain and continuously improve internal content libraries , including templates, past proposals, FAQs, and other reference materials
• Review customer solicitations and ensure proposals meet all compliance requirements ; prepare and manage required compliance documents.
• Lead applications for Incentive and grants .
• Track and support the application, registration, and renewal processes for state and cooperative purchasing contracts
• Assist in the development, review, and negotiation of customer contracts, teaming agreements, and amendments
• Support the preparation and review of pricing structures and commercial terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Contribute to broader commercial strategy, data analysis , and internal reporting initiatives
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team objectives.
