We are looking for a dedicated 401k / S125 Service Associate I to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support for Paychex products within the S125 Client Service Center. This is a long-term contract position where you will work closely with participants, clients, and plan administrators to ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound calls from participants, employees, and plan administrators, addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Educate clients and participants about S125 products, policies, and procedures to enhance understanding and ensure compliance.
- Resolve client and participant claims or complaints in a fair and timely manner while adhering to company guidelines.
- Escalate complex tasks or documentation to appropriate teams for further resolution.
- Build and maintain foundational knowledge of Paychex products and services to provide accurate information.
- Utilize software systems such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex to document interactions and manage data effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision while maintaining organizational priorities.
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, and managing documents to support administrative needs.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance in client interactions.
- Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on handling inbound calls and resolving complaints.
- Familiarity with documentation processes and data entry in a detail-oriented environment.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and procedures related to payroll services and insurance.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and software platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Flex.
- Understanding of 401k and S125 product administration, including IRS guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and participants.
- Proficiency in managing administrative tasks like photocopying and document scanning.
