Job Summary

We are currently looking for a dedicated Community Based Therapist to become a valuable member of our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of therapy services to children and families residing in Boone County, MO. Including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as offering crucial crisis intervention support.

Schedule:

• This opportunity comes with a remarkably flexible work schedule, allowing you the autonomy to arrange your appointments and select your preferred hours.
• Additionally, you have the freedom to decide whether you'd like to conduct sessions in our office or within the comfort of clients' homes, catering to your and their convenience.

Licensure/Certification: PLPC, LPC OR LMSW, LCSW

Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to improving the well-being of clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
