[job_card.job_description]Outpatient focus with inpatient component. Facility holds three major accreditations, including American College of Surgeons CoC. Collegial 4-provider group (1 MD, 3 APPs) environment. Only 2 weeks per month Typical shifts are 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday. Coverage includes occasional night and weekend call. Call is Beeper type with a 15-minute response time required. Target patient volume is an average of 10-15 patients per day. New patient consults are booked for 60 minutes; follow-ups are 30 minutes. Scope is Hematology and Oncology coverage; no inductions performed at the facility. Weekly tumor board and onsite genetic counselor are available. Must be a Physician (MD / DO) with an active MI license. Board Certification in Hematology / Oncology is required. Fellowship is preferred. Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications. Estimated credentialing timeframe is 60 days. Must obtain hospital and / or surgery center privileges.
