SUMMARY :

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered clinical care.
• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments, using relevant data to inform care decisions.
• Communicate patient assessments to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring collaborative care delivery.
• Develop and document individualized care plans tailored to the patient’s specific needs and goals.
• Adhere to organizational policies and protocols, particularly concerning safety and medication administration.
• Update care plans based on continuous evaluation and document changes accurately.
• Submit a clinical research utilization (CRU) form annually, referencing recent research related to nursing practices.

BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)

RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

M - Medium Work - Must be able to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; frequent walking, standing, or squatting required.
