Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience in estate planning and / or corporate law seeking a new opportunity? Our established downtown Sarasota law firm is located in beautiful offices and is looking for a key team member to support our managing partner. We offer a generous pay package and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, family friendly environment that provides great flexibility with the opportunity for some remote work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a legal assistant to the managing partner.
- Assist with the preparation of estate planning and corporate documents .
- Act as a professional point of contact for clients and financial advisors.
- Prepare and organize document books for client planning.
- Handle a variety of paralegal and legal assistant duties to support the firm's operations.
