Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Coordinator to join our Orthopaedic Surgery-Spine Center team in San Francisco, CA. This role involves administrative responsibilities in the back office, focusing on patient care and health insurance management. The position requires consistent hours from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative back-office duties.
• Manage patient check-ins and front desk operations.
• Handle health insurance queries and processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional phone manners.
• Solve problems efficiently and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This role is located at the Orthopaedic Surgery-Spine Center in San Francisco, CA. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with no weekend shifts. The environment is fast-paced, handling approximately 15-20 calls per day. The dress code is professional, and candidates will remain at one campus for the duration of the assignment.

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
