We are seeking a skilled and motivated Banquet Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Banquet Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and kitchen area
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices are followed
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while following instructions from senior chefs
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a Cook 1 or in a similar kitchen role preferred
  • Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food handler's certification (preferred or required depending on location)
