• Kjar, McKenna and Stockalper, LLP are currently seeking Associate Attorney's with 1-5+ years’ experience practicing medical malpractice defense, public entities, general liability and or civil litigation. • . We offer flexible office hours with no cap on vacation days. Our attorneys have a flexible schedule that allows for some remote work.

• Responsibilities :
• Depending on years' of experience any of the following could apply.
• Conduct and summarize legal research, handle discovery, analyze and summarize medical and employment records.
• Appear for court appearances, depositions and client meetings.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
• Prepare for and attend trials with partners.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
