• Availability :
• Full-time preferred.
• Open to candidates available Thursdays and Fridays (7 AM-5 PM) and one weekend shift a month (5 PM Friday - 7 AM Monday).
• Schedule :
• Rehab / Extended Care Facility (ECF) : Monday-Sunday, 7 AM-5 PM.
• On-call availability : Phone calls only, 5 PM-7 AM.
• Patient Caseload :
• Practice Scope : 100% adult inpatient.
• Caseload Mix :
• Sports / Ortho PM&R : 33%.
• CNS Rehabilitation : 50%.
• Medical Rehabilitation : 17%.
• Average Patients Per Day : 14.
• Team Setup :
• 7 PM&R physicians in the group.
• Locum physician will not supervise other healthcare providers.
