A company is looking for an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update onboarding packets and employee personnel files to ensure compliance and accuracy
Drive the onboarding process by managing new-hire communications and scheduling training
Assist with the performance review process and conduct employee engagement interviews
Required Qualifications
HR or administrative experience, preferably in onboarding or employee relations
Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems for recordkeeping
Ability to work from a home-based office and manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
