A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Billing Specialist to collect on aging medical insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

File claims using appropriate forms and attachments

Research account denials and file written appeals as necessary

Document all efforts in relevant computer systems and verify patient information

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Formal training in Insurance Billing preferred

Knowledge of all insurance payers preferred

Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
