A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Plan Document.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a senior technical subject matter expert on complex plan design and compliance
Perform detailed reviews of plan documents to ensure compliance and identify potential risks
Consult on and generate plan documents, coordinating with internal partners and plan sponsors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years in lieu of degree)
5+ years of experience with qualified retirement plan documents or related compliance roles
Expertise in laws and regulations related to retirement plans (IRS, DOL, ERISA, etc.)
Experience with document generation systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
ASPPA or related industry designations such as QKA, QKC, and TGPC required
