Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Ensures customer orders are processed in a timely manner using software and technologies provided by NXA.Handle customer concerns quickly and within the company vision.Communicate with customers through various channels.Assists in identifying new business opportunities to improve sales.Work with sales team to develop promotional activities.Develop a good working knowledge of all the NXA standard products to address customer needs.Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.Excellent computer skills.Excellent written, verbal and telephone skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsValid driver’s licensePre-employment drug screen and background checkBenefits & Compensation :
