This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient business operations.Primary ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and callers promptly and courteously.Direct customers to appropriate departments for assistance.Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for easy retrieval.Support team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to overall success.Ensure high levels of productivity, excellent customer service, and cost control.Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.Operate with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.Keep the work environment neat, orderly, and safe.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position with regular working hours.
