Position Summary : The Maintenance Manager performs maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills including plumbing light carpentry and construction HVAC repairs and adjustments and appliance repair. Oversee team to ensure maintenance standards are upheld. Schedule and oversee capital projects PM projects and general repairs. Complete weekly schedule. Ensure expenses are in line with budget by working with the GM on ordering and inventory.

Maintenance Management & Leadership

• Oversees team member selection training scheduling and development.
• Develops weekly staff schedules within budgeted labor guidelines to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Ensures the maintenance team meets company standards and resolves service requests promptly courteously and efficiently.
• Inspects and approves the teams work performance and provides coaching as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
