[job_card.job_description]4+ years of SaaS product management experience, including product ownership Experience with tools like LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Background in UX for conversational interfaces or chatbot design Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO / PM) is a plus Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in AI, SaaS, or CRM platforms Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, and machine learning pipelines Experience in Multifamily, PropTech, or real estate technology is highly preferred Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi, RealPage) and leasing workflows Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into impactful product features Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams Ability to leverage data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success Keeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience Certified Product Owner, Certified Sr. Product Owner, UI / UX Certification preferred Full Time, Salaried, Exempt Hybrid (4 days in office 1 day work from home) We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday. Job Description Summary
We are seeking a visionary and technically fluent AI Product Owner to lead the development and integration of Agentic AI Agents and Natural Language Model (NLM) Query Agents into our Multifamily CRM ecosystem. This role is pivotal in transforming leasing and resident journeys through intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, and personalized resident experiences. You will work cross-functionally with development, UI / UX, product owners, and sales teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered solutions that elevate the leasing lifecycle-from prospect engagement to resident retention
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Define and evangelize the product vision for AI agents supporting multifamily leasing & resident journeys.
- Translate business goals into AI capabilities that drive automation, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the design and deployment of autonomous agents capable of handling leasing tasks
- (e.g., scheduling tours, qualifying leads, answering FAQs).
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure agents are context-aware, goal-driven, and aligned with CRM workflows.
- Develop NLM-based query interfaces that allow leasing teams to interact with CRM data using natural language.
- Ensure high accuracy, relevance, and usability of query responses for decision-making and customer service.
- Partner with leasing and marketing teams to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage sprint planning with agile teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to data privacy regulations, fair housing regulations, ethical AI standards, and fair housing guidelines.
