Physician Scheduling Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Physician Scheduling (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to generate and post Physician and APP schedules across all sites of care

Identify and execute opportunities to improve clinical quality and reduce costs through enhanced scheduling

Maintain real-time schedule updates and ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management

Prior management experience preferred

Salesforce experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
