Sourcing Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst - Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate contract elements, including terms, pricing, and lead-time

Manage supplier performance and develop corrective action plans for performance failures

Analyze material demand and determine inventory strategies to maintain high material availability

Required Qualifications

Associates' Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

2 years of related work experience required; 4 years preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Effective contract negotiation and implementation skills

Experience with purchasing and ERP systems
