The Plant 4 Operator will play an essential role of ensuring smooth operation of our milk production line. You'll monitor machines and perform various tasks to ensure product is moving smoothly.

This schedule for this position is over nights from 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. working on a 2-2-3 schedule

PLANT 4 OPERATOR RESPONSIIBILITIES :

• CIP all process equipment, silos and lines
• Perform the startup and shutdown functions of process equipment.
• Perform CIP and process connections.
• Operate E4, E5 and E6 evaporators.
• Operate skim separator processes.
• Perform silo transfers and make connections for receiving milk.
• Operate the cream HTST pasteurizers.
• Perform evaporator and equipment inspections.
• Identify, and correctly use chemicals as related to job.
• Maintain a high level of communication with each plant / process as the job demands.
• Keep accurate and legible records.
• Always maintain food safety and quality standards, resolving and / or reporting compliance issues immediately.
