Job Summary
We are hiring Behavior Technicians to work with clients at home or a clinic setting specifically in the afternoon. Technicians will be working directly with clients. Technicians will be required to drive from and to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Working Directly with children and adults
• Following treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Drive to clients homes or place of service

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or similar field (Plus not needed)
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
• Have at least your AA/HS with 6months- 1 year of childcare or ABA experience Or in progress/ completed BA/BS
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Reliable form of transportation. Willing to drive to patient homes.
