Quality Inspector : $28 / hr - 1st Shift

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector with expertise in welding and press brake operations to join our job shop team. This is a challenging and rewarding position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate : The expected hourly wage is $28 / hr . Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Responsibilities Include :

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of welded components and press brake-formed parts to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and evaluate welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding , for compliance with established procedures and standards.

Verify the quality of raw materials and welding consumables, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards.

Investigate and analyze the root causes of non-conformities and defects , working closely with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
