About the Role

The firm is seeking an accomplished Medical Malpractice Trial Attorney to take ownership of complex, high‑value cases from inception through verdict. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team of 30+ litigators, help shape litigation strategy, and play a key leadership role in mentoring junior attorneys.

Alabama Bar admission is required.

Tennessee Bar admission is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex personal injury and medical malpractice matters from intake to verdict
• Oversee case strategy, expert development, discovery, and trial preparation
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys, providing hands‑on support and training
• Collaborate with a skilled team of 30+ litigators to drive strong case outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Bar (required)
• Tennessee Bar admission (strong plus)
• Extensive trial experience in personal injury or medical malpractice litigation
• Proven ability to independently manage complex, high‑stakes cases
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team‑building skills
• Solo practitioners exploring a transition into firm practice are welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $125,000–$150,000
• Up to $175,000 for exceptional candidates
