Role Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Vector applied research team, building the real-time systems that power Unity Ads, our global advertising platform. In this high-scale, low-latency environment, we process billions of requests daily to deliver fast, relevant ads to players worldwide. In this role, you'll define the vision, strategy, and execution of ML-powered User Acquisition products, from campaign management dashboards to optimization features like bidding and budget management. Collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers, you'll transform complex machine learning models into practical products that enhance campaign performance and drive advertiser growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Transform business requirements into actionable machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with measurable objectives and user needs.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps for User Acquisition initiatives, prioritizing features and improvements that deliver the greatest value.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to implement and refine machine learning models, ensuring seamless user integration and technical robustness.
• Lead innovation by conceptualizing, defining, and launching new ML features while staying informed on the latest industry advancements.
• Analyze and track important metrics to evaluate product performance and guide iterative improvement.
