The Senior Manager will embed capability-building into program execution-leveraging enterprise learning platforms (e.g. KP Learning University), coaching frameworks, and competency assessments-to strengthen organizational resilience and prepare teams for evolving technology and business demands. / ppThis managing level employee is primarily responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT infrastructure and operations capabilities, managing the work of program teams and controlling and mitigating risks, working closely with internal customers, third party vendors and business leaders. / ph3Essential Responsibilities : / h3ulliManages designated units by translating business plans into tactical action items;
