Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Draft legal documents including discovery motions, affidavits, appellate briefs, and trial memoranda.
  • Conduct legal research, case analysis, and summarize data for litigation.
  • Assist in case management, trial preparation, jury instructions, and exhibits.
  • Translate documents and provide Spanish dictation support.
  • Monitor budgets, review litigation expenses, and support attorneys throughout all phases of cases.

Qualifications :

  • Paralegal certification or earned designation required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal injury experience preferred.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Pay range : $26 - $45 / hour, commensurate with experience.
