is seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Development Producer to lead our outbound business development efforts. This role focuses on pitching and closing

branded documentaries

for enterprise clients, agencies, and content platforms.

We are looking for someone with an established network who can immediately generate opportunities and help take Kennetic to the next level. This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.

About Kennetic Productions

Kennetic is a team of filmmakers and creative partners helping organizations share their most compelling stories through documentary filmmaking. We produce branded documentaries, marketing videos, animated explainer videos, and production services for clients across the U.S.

What You'll Do

Identify, pitch, and close outbound branded documentary projects

Leverage your existing relationships with brands, agencies, or platforms

Develop opportunities in new markets and verticals

What We're Looking For

Experience as a development producer

Relationships with brands, agencies, or buyers

Strong communicator, proactive, organized, and collaborative

Compensation

10% commission on all outbound deals closed (based on gross contract value)

Bonuses based off quarterly quota

Uncapped earnings based entirely on performance
