Job Details

Operates Mitutoyo, Zeiss, and Metris CMMs to perform dimensional inspections on aerospace components.

Sets up and validates parts using provided fixtures, models, and work instructions.

Interprets engineering drawings and GD&T requirements to ensure compliance with customer specifications and performs first article, in-process, and final inspections using both CMM and manual inspection tools.

Reviews and interprets CMM results, identifies potential nonconformances, and escalates issues appropriately.

Maintains and organizes CMM programs and related documentation, as well as troubleshoots inspection issues and supports root cause analysis efforts for dimensional discrepancies.
