Job Overview

ACG Builds is on the rise, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Entry Level Construction Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects across the Seattle metro area. As a Project Engineer, you'll work directly with a Project Manager, Assistant PM, and Superintendent, providing critical support from preconstruction to closeout. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage documents, track progress, and contribute to a job well doneevery single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent, Project Manager, or Assistant PM with scheduling, progress tracking, and construction coordination
• Provide weekly updates on project performance and milestones
• Issue RFPs and gather subcontractor bids
• Organize and lead subcontractor site walk-throughs
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist with bid scopes and negotiations
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Maintain current project logs and punch lists
• Assist with jobsite quality control and documentation
• Ensure jobsite drawings, specifications, and as-builts are up to date
• Participate in safety monitoring and compliance
