Responsibilities

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the insurance industry.

Sales Strategy : Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase company revenue and achieve business objectives.

Networking : Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand business opportunities.

Collaborative Efforts : Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and align sales activities with company goals.

Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports outlining sales activities, results, and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
