• They oversee the installation crews as well as the administrative staff and are also responsible for scheduling and billing.
• They must have a good understanding of managing others and various processes.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Interview and hire staff for field and office positions.
• Ensure all work is scheduled and completed daily.
• Oversee dispatch, billing, mapping, and permitting to ensure work can be completed and billed.
• Provide assistance to accounts receivable staff as required.
• Meet on site with customers as required.
• Review P&L statements monthly and prepare variance reports.
• Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
