LCSW / LCPC

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master’s degree to join our outpatient psychiatry clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. This is a full-time, compensation based position with the flexibility to set your own schedule. We are offering a competitive salary with room for negotiation. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care) Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide crisis management support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for data collection and management of patient information. Requirements Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting preferred Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
