Job Description

Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and schedules. Manage on-site construction team members, ensuring effective communication and productivity. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site challenges or delays. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including budgets and schedules.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have :

• A strong background in the construction industry, particularly in leadership roles.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
