• Role: Business Analyst with serialization experience
• Location - Foster City, CA
• Duration: 6+ months with extensions

Must have

• Strong understanding and experience working in LS-Pharma vertical
• Has good experience working with various pharma customers in areas of packaging , warehouse or manufacturing
• Understands serialization and aggregation process in pharma industry
• Has worked as BA and PM in past projects
• Ability to work across different projects and can manage multiple stakeholders
• Solicit functional requirement from key stakeholders, provide impact analysis and solutions and document them in the Liaison between the IT Function and the Business.
• Work with cross-functionally IT team to solve problems and implement changes
• Understand, capture and document the business requirements across the business.
• Document and present requirements in a way that allows subsequent project, stakeholder and customer needs to be successfully met.
• Develop Use Cases as well as process mapping in line with detailed functional specifications for Sponsor validation
• Well aware of Pharma industry regulatory requirements, compliance etc.
