Residential Counselor - 2nd Shift Children's Program

QUALIFICATIONS

Our 2nd Shift Children's Residential Counselor can work on a full-time or part-time basis. Here are the minimum qualifications :

A high school degree or equivalent would be preferred. Caregiving experience would be a plus!

2ND SHIFT CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL COUNSELOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday for full-time candidates.

You warmly greet students before diving into a day filled with purpose and care. Depending on each individual's needs, you support students with daily living and caregiving tasks like general housekeeping, cooking, and personal hygiene. You model healthy behaviors and social skills for students and encourage them to engage in recreational activities. As you guide students, celebrate their success, and support their growth, you take pride in leaving a positive, lasting impact!
