About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a strategic partner in leading the financial strategy and performance of the organization. The CFO will be instrumental in defining and executing financial and business strategies that drive long-term growth and shareholder value. Key responsibilities include leading financial planning, budgeting, and performance management, as well as providing clear financial insights to support executive decision-making. The successful candidate will also be responsible for private equity and capital management, overseeing all accounting, reporting, and compliance functions, and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team. The role demands a hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset, deep knowledge of financial modeling, and a proven track record in M&A execution and performance improvement. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and / or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' of senior finance leadership experience, including CFO or divisional CFO roles within private equity-backed and / or global manufacturing organizations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in financial leadership during periods of growth, transformation, or ownership transition, and a deep understanding of capital markets. The role also requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving capabilities, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with private equity investors, lenders, and boards. The CFO will be expected to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual, and must be willing to travel as needed.
