Our South Bend Clinic team in Immediate Care is looking to add a skilled and compassionate provider to join our collaborative team and continue serving the needs of our patients with expertise and dedication.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant for this role. Ideal candidate would have 1-2 years experience in immediate / urgent care or emergency medicine setting as a licensed Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
