Position Title :   CHEF MANAGER, SENIOR (BUSINESS DINING) LYNNWOOD, WA

Salary :   $78000 - $85000 / year

Job Summary :

Bring your culinary passion and leadership expertise to our team! As the Senior Chef Manager , you’ll oversee both back- and front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience and a smooth, high-performing food service department.

You’ll take charge of menu innovation , financial performance , and team development —balancing creativity in the kitchen with strategic business management. From inventory and purchasing to labor and food cost control , you’ll ensure operational excellence every step of the way.

Your leadership will shape a positive kitchen culture built on quality, consistency, and sanitation excellence , while fostering growth through hiring, training, coaching, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Participates in employee meetings and training programs
• Conducts safety, sanitation and maintenance programs
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
• Maintains an active role in managing team developments
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
