Were seeking an independent individual who is task-oriented and can build strong relationships throughout the store while keeping customer service top of mind! / ppstrongWhat Youll Do / strong / pulliPrioritize safety in our stores to create a positive shopping and working environment / liliAnalyze trends and data to implement a strategy to maximize sales and minimize loss due to theft / liliMonitor activity to prevent loss, including apprehending and processing shoplifters / liliFoster a collaborative relationship with community partners and emergency responders / liliCoordinate and manage the use of all Closed-Circuit TV (CCTV) systems / liliRespond to emergency situations; provide ongoing support and guidance to both employees and customers / liliConduct investigations as directed by leadership / li / ulpstrongRequirements / strong / pulliCurrent or former sworn law enforcement officer, U.S. military police, or federal law enforcement officer / liliValid license to carry a firearm / liliValid drivers license / liliConflict management and problem-solving skills / liliStrong written and verbal communication skills / liliSound judgement skills and ability to manage conflict and communicate effectively under pressure / liliEffective communication skills and ability to maintain composure in stressful environments / liliStrong technical aptitude, including proficiency with Microsoft Office / li / ulpstrongPreferred Experience / strong / pulliBachelors degree in criminal justice or related field / liliRelated experience, including security and / or loss prevention / liliEmergency Medical Services (EMS) or First Responder / liliLeadership experience, preferably in a retail setting / li / ul / div
