Role : Service Coordinator
We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the coordination of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance and installation projects while assisting with administrative duties related to HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
- Maintain detailed records of all HVAC equipment, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
- Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion
- Assist in managing inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, including ordering and tracking
- Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates
- Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and project progress
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in coordinating emergency HVAC service calls as needed
- Support the development and implementation of energy efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in facilities management, construction management, or related field preferredBasic understanding of HVAC systems and terminologyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with good problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications
