Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary

Bay FC is a dynamic and data‑driven sports organization focused on achieving on‑field success and exceeding fan expectations. We want to leverage cutting‑edge technology and analytics to gain a competitive advantage and make informed decisions across all aspects of our operations. This full‑time position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Insights and Analytics.

You will play a key role in supporting our club’s business analytics, insights, and data infrastructure. In addition to helping maintain our data tools and services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data‑driven solutions that provide actionable insights to improve our performance across all departments, including :

• Software / Systems : Support and optimization of CRM, golden records, KPI reporting and data visualization
• Ticketing : Pricing, lead scoring and management, sales cycle effectiveness, consumer behavior and demographic insights
• Partnership : Partnership inventory and pipeline measurement
• Marketing : Campaign performance measurement, and web, email, and social platform analytics
• Fan Experience : Gameday operations analysis, fan surveying
• Merchandise : Consumer behavior insights and product analysis

While Bay FC’s BI department serves all lines of business, this role will be focused on optimizing the deployment and use of our current and future data infrastructure into actionable insights supporting all things sales enablement to improve effectiveness and maximize revenue potential of new and existing fans.

Theanticipatedsalary range for this role is between $90,000-$100,000. A ctual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
